Our service offerings, with their pricing models and guarantees, are subject to additional terms and conditions which are specified in their respective contracts and which are negotiated with each client on an individual basis.

We limit these offers to projects that are of a reasonable scope for our company to undertake and for which we can assume the associated risks. We may negotiate different terms for larger projects or for special circumstances.

Fixed pricing, guaranteed completion dates, code reuse, and licensing do not apply to time and materials based consulting services.
